Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1500.00.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under R1500.00, a flat shipping fee of R150.00 will be applied.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout, but please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
